Kitchen and family space
Cooking, dining and TV seating together.
Before The rear reception, utility and shower room are divided, with the kitchen in the side wing.
Proposed Open the rear into a shared family room. An L-shaped kitchen and preparation island face dining and TV seating, with a pocket-door pantry beside the kitchen.
Everyday practicalities
A utility and guest shower room off the hall.
Proposed The former kitchen wing accommodates laundry and a guest WC and shower, reached from the entrance hall.
Retained rooms
A separate reception, office and four bedrooms.
